Detail : Mott- MacDonald jointly Panya Consultant and SEA START RC organized a workshop to introduce the Hydro - Agronomic – Economic (HAE) Model; a planning tool for climate change impact assessment and adaptation, developed for Department of Water Resource under support from The World Bank. The workshop was organized to introduce the concept and its components to various government agencies. In this workshop, participants were informed of planning tools on climate change impacts assessment and adaptation, which involves an integrated analysis on climate change and water resources under difference land-use scenarios.
